Our beloved Hummingbird has undergone a refresh, now boasting a new food and drink offer, with a modern and stylish edge.
Our late night bar and eatery has received a bit of a facelift and is now serving up a menu to set your taste-buds tingling. With a pan-Asian undertone, the menu includes tasty favourites from Teriyaki Chicken and Pad Thai to Crisp Tofu and sharing Dim Sum plates. Meat-lovers and veggies will not be disappointed.
Our new chef, Noi, and her kitchen team worked extremely hard to develop dishes combining flavours, techniques and skills used throughout Asia. If you are experienced with Pan-Asian cuisine, you’ll know it’s the multiple flavours that bring the dishes to life, so it’s safe to say our kitchen team have put their heart and soul into cooking your dish to perfection.
The multiple sharing plates are an extremely important part of our new food offer. Our small plates are the ideal way to catch up with friends and share a bite to eat after a hard day at the office.
Arguably Hummingbird is most famous for its innovative cocktails which still remain of huge importance. Kickback in the new and improved main bar area which acts as the ideal place to head with friends after a hard day and indulge in some carefully crafted tipples.
All the classics such as the Bramble and French Martini remain on the menu however, the addition of the Saigon Sling and the Blushing Dragon prove very fitting with the new theme.
